shipping info: most orders are shipped the next business day. custom orders and large orders are shipped within a week. all orders are shipped us priority mail, with insurance and delivery confirmation purchased for every order *as reflected in shipping costs.
Returns Policy: any products needing to be returned, must be shipped at the expense of the purchaser. once returned item has been received, the exchanged item will be shipped next business day. only exchanges, no refunds. exchanges must be made within 10days of purchase.
